Aging Aged 12 months in American White Oak Barrel. Lightly toasted barrel, the agave heads known as the Pia, is slowly cooked in a stone oven. Double distillation process, only the heart of the Pia is used. Color Golden, light-amber Aroma Fresh oak barrel scent with hints of slow cooked agave Taste Fresh citrus flavor with a hint of vanilla Finish Light, smooth finish with a creamy honey texture.
