Return & Cancellation Policy
All alcohol sales are final once your order has been shipped or delivered. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on liquor products after delivery, including unopened items.
Order Issues or Discrepancies
If your order arrives with the wrong item, or if any product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
If your item was damaged in transit, please include photos of the damage with your inquiry.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled any time before they have been shipped or sent out for local delivery.
Once your order has shipped or is out for delivery, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
