Shibui Single Grain 15 Year Old World Sherry Cask is a sourced rice whisky made by the Masahiro distillery on Okinawa. It is made from 100% indica long grain rice fermented with indigenous black koji and distilled in a double stainless-steel pot still before spending at least 15 years in ex-fino and manzanilla sherry casks.
