Kaiyo The Kuri No. 1 Chestnut Wood Finish Japanese Whisky

One of the first whiskies fully matured in Japanese Kuri (chestnut) barrels: aged 7 yrs in first-fill Kuri casks, spends 90 days at sea, then bottled un-chill-filtered. Aromas of lavender, orange zest and white pear lead to vanilla-shortbread, citrus and honey with a long, fruity finish.
