Kojiki Blended Japanese Whisky is a meticulously crafted spirit composed of 40% barley (including a small percentage of peated barley), 30% wheat, and 30% corn. Distilled in traditional pot stills, it is aged for three years in bourbon barrels, then finished for three months in Sauternes barrels and four months in Champagne casks, resulting in a smooth, delicate, and fruity profile.
